Our Carpet Cleaning Process [20% Cleaner Than Our Competition]

1. Your carpet cleaning team will start by inspecting the carpet areas that you want to be cleaned. We will visually inspect and make notes.
2. We will present your options and our suggestions to make your carpet look like new again. We'll explain our cleaning process and how it is better than others.
3. Once you choose a cleaning option, we'll move any small furniture to a safe area.
4. We start our carpet cleaning by performing a Pre-Vacuum to remove any lose dirt, hair, or other items. This prepares the carpet for a deep cleaning.
5. Next, we spot treat any heavily stained areas that need extra attention. This will help your carpet to look more uniform when we are finished.
6. Following our spot treatment, we apply professional carpet cleaning solution to your carpet and agitate the fibers using a carpet agitation machine. This suspends the oils, dirt, pet dander, glue, gum, paint, make-up, and other contaminates that are sitting just below the surface of your carpet.
7. Next, we perform a deep cleaning of your carpet with our professional truck mounted carpet cleaning machine. Our carpet cleaning machine presses 220 degree steam into your carpet fibers to release dirt, body oils, dander, and other contaminates from deep within the fibers of your carpet.
8. This same amazing machine then extracts the steam, dirt, body oils, dander, and more from your carpet using as much as 20% more suction power than most other cleaning services for up to 20% cleaner carpets. This allows your carpet to dry quicker and leaves it looking and smelling healthy again*.
9. Any remaining steam that our machine does not extract will dry within a few hours.
10. Finally, we'll perform a final inspection with you to make sure you are happy with your brilliant clean carpet.
11. You are welcome to walk on your carept lightly until it drys but it is best to wait until it is dry to prevent any premature soiling.

* Some carpet may have light staining or shading even after multiple cleaning sessions due to heavy use and soiling. 

Please note: $75 minimum visit charge. We do not move large furniture. Some stains will incur an additional charge. While heat extraction can get out most stains, we cannot guarantee all stain removal.
